Training Courses
Customised training for organisations adapting to areas that require focus. An example course is an interactive ITIL Foundations Prequel that prepares participants to be able to understand and speak a simple common language that allows for better communication throughout ICT teams. Participants will gain much greater value from ITIL Foundations as they will learn the practical fundamentals of ITSM lifecycles and will be introduced to terms used throughout the ITIL Foundations course.
Workshops
DC Service Management Consultancy runs workshops with a specific outcome to be reached by the conclusion of the workshop. The workshops are often run with limited digital presentations and are presented through interactive discussions and whiteboard notes. Workshop outcomes are presented in a report to the organisation with recommendations as defined in the workshop.
